The hotel is located on the scenic beach road 98, in an area that is less congested and more laid back than central Destin.

This beautiful new mid-rise resort features two bedroom units complete with full-size kitchens, washers and dryers, marble bathrooms with European design fixtures, breezy verandas with Gulf views and elegant touches throughout.

Property amenities include two lighted tennis courts, a conference/party room and a lovely pond and bridge leading to the dune walkover, located directly across the street from the beach, with quick and easy access.

Please Note: Due to housekeeping standards, many units will not be ready for check-in upon guest arrival. Please have alternate plans between 3 and 5 PM.
Pets are NOT permitted in rental units under any condition. No exceptions. Many boarding kennels are available in the local area.
Guests 25 years and younger are not permitted to register at the resort unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (one parent or legal guardian for every two persons under 25 years and younger). Chaperoned groups are not permitted.
